If you are trying to top-up your White Calling account but receive a message saying your top-up up could not be completed, you will need to contact our Customer Services Team who will look into this issue for you.
There may be a number of reasons why your top-up was not successful so we will need to look at your account to assist you.
Once you get in contact with one of our Customer Service Agents they will be happy to look into this for you and let you know how best to add credit to your account so you can continue to make your calls.
