I've topped up but my credit isn't showing in the app - why?

If you add credit to your White Calling account but it doesn’t show on your app, please contact Customer Services team and they will assist you immediately. Please tell them your transaction reference number if possible. Don’t worry – if you successfully completed a top-up, our agents will be able to locate it and add the credit to your account.

ℹ Tip: always select ‘Add Credit’ from the Account screen in the app. You can add your payment details to make it faster next time, or do a Guest Checkout if you prefer.
