All White Calling credit is valid for 180 days.  


If you purchase credit prior to the 180 days, this will protect and roll over your remaining balance.


Any unused expired credit is not refundable, and you can find details around credit expiry via our Terms and Conditions.


If you do need support around your credit expiring, please do contact our customer service team directly, contact details can be found via the app.


To help manage your expiry date, you can add details into your personal calendar as a reminder.  You can also contact our customer service team who will be happy to provide you with your expiry date, either via phone or email.


Remember, White Calling has exciting features that you can use.   You can transfer credit via “White to White credit share” and via “IMTU” to avoid having expired credit.
