If you are having difficulties using a Promo Code which has been issued to you by White Calling there are a few things to check:
- Are you entering the code correctly, with no spaces etc?
- Have you used this particular Promo Code already? Most of our codes are designed to be used only once, unless clearly stated that it can be used multiple times
- Are you trying to use a code which has expired? When you receive a code you will also be informed of the date on which it expires. If you are trying to use a code after this date, it will not be accepted
- Are you sure you are entering the Promo Code into the correct place? Codes will only work if entered into the box highlighted below when topping up via the app or when prompted to enter it when doing a top-up over the phone
