Your time is precious, and when you need help, you need it quickly and at your convenience.  That's why we have now added a "chat to us" feature within the Help and Support section.  


Its important to note that you will not be chatting to a human, rather a chat bot that understands frequently asked question.


1. What is the "Chat to Us" feature?

The "Chat with Us" feature is a live messaging service that allows you to communicate directly with our support bot in real-time.  We cover a wide range of support, from using the app for the 1st time, or more technical queries.

2. How do I use the "Chat to Us" feature?

To start a conversation, simply navigate to our Help and Support section of the app.  Our chatbot will greet you, and you can either continue chatting with the bot for quick answers or request to speak with a live agent for more detailed support.

3. Is the "Chat to Us" feature available 24/7?

Yes! Our chatbot is available 24/7 to assist with general inquiries. If you need help from a live agent, our support team is available during business hours and you can choose to email them directly at ask@whitecalling.com

4. What if I prefer to speak with a human agent instead of the chatbot?

If you'd like to speak with a human agent, you 1st need to follow the steps in the Chat feature to try and resolve your query, if you are unable to then the chat will email our Customer Service who will contact you during our working hours.

5. Can I use the "Chat to Us" feature for technical support?

Yes, the chat feature is a great way to get help with technical issues. If the chatbot can't solve your problem, it will email your enquiry over to a technical support agent who can assist further.

6. Can the chatbot answer everything, or should I wait for a human?

The chatbot is designed to answer common questions and provide immediate assistance for frequently asked topics. If your question is more complex or requires detailed attention, the chatbot will escalate the conversation to a live agent who can better assist you.


If at any time the chat to us feature doesn't run smoothly, you can always exit the chat and rejoin, failing that, just send our customer service team an email at ask@whitecalling.com
