If you require a Call History Report for calls made via your White app you will need to email us the following details:


  • Your full name
  • Your full address
  • The number of your mobile phone which you use the app for
  • The time span for which you require the Call History Report for (note we can only go back 12 months)


Once we have received this request a Customer Service agent will be in contact to ask you some security questions so we can then produce your report.


Note –

  • Please allow 5 working days for Call History Report to be processed
  • We will email you a PDF of your Call History Report for free. However, if you require this in printed format there will be an admin charge of £5. The Customer Service agent will advise you on how to make the payment when they contact you regarding the security questions.
