You can find the option to pay your loved ones bills in a few different places in-app. Either directly through your contacts, via the Contacts tab. Just find your contact and click send and follow the prompts, or via the send option and lastly in the Accounts tab, just select the country to start the process.
*Please be aware not all options will be available for each destination
When you are making a payment, this will come direct from your saved card/apple pay/google pay, rather than your WHITE APP balance. It’s important to check all the information you submit is correct, as mistakes cannot be rectified. The total amount (the transaction amount and any service fees) that you must pay will be displayed clearly in the app before you are asked to confirm your transaction.
Adding your card details into your app, makes the process quicker, and most importantly its safe! You can add cards via the top left 3 lines, and select “Payment Methods”
Payments can be made to either pay an existing bill, charge up a pre-paid meter, or send a ranged value to your friend or family member. You may be asked for either the utility account reference or mobile number, in some cases it could be both.
Once you have made a payment, you can keep track of all of them via the send tab, which will also show you the current status of your transactions.
Initially your payment may show as pending. It’s important to know that payments can take up to 10 minutes to complete. Any voided, and failed transactions, will show voided in the Send screen.
