You can now use your WHITE app to purchase digital gift cards and vouchers. These can either be as gifts to help support friends and family, sending a voucher for special occasions like birthdays or anniversaries or even by  rewarding work colleagues if you are running a business.  

 

No need to send via the post or have physical cards to carry around or lose, all done electronically for safety and ease of use.

 

To purchase a gift card, just go to the “SEND” option in your app and select “Voucher and Gift Cards”

 

*Please be aware not all options will be available for each destination

 

Gift cards can be purchased for the following categories:

  • Retail
  • Gaming
  • Cash Cards
  • Food
  • Entertainment
  • Travel and Transport

 

Once you have purchased a gift card, all the details on how to use the gift card can be found in your send history.  Just expand the transaction and it will present all the details on how to use.  You just then need to send those details to whoever you have purchased the gift card for.

 

Gift cards can be used in store, or online, depending on what services you have purchased.  It’s important to select the correct gift card and operator, as incorrectly purchased gift cards cannot be refunded.

 

Gift cards must be activated within 30 days, and are valid for up to 1 year of purchase.
