Adding credit couldn’t be simpler! Access your ACCOUNT tab, and you’ll be able to add credit by selecting “Add Calling Credit”.
When adding credit, make sure you select the correct amount, and if you have any promo codes, add them before you top up.
You can also top via multiple methods:
- Phone – via our automated top-up line
- Online (preferred) – All done within your app.
- Pin – If you have purchased a top-up voucher
Topping up couldn’t be quicker. Simply click "Online" and follow the steps to add your credit to your in app balance.
You can toggle "Low Balance Top Up" at any stage. This is a great way of keeping an active balance on your account.
If you haven't already created an account, you can do by clicking in the icon in the top right of the screen. Creating an account is ideal as it allows you to track any payments you make, along with having easy access to your receipts. You can also save your card details which makes future top-up's even quicker!
Once you have created an account, you can manage the following:
- Personal Details - you can update these which are used for your receipt/invoice
- Low Balance Top Ups - view and manage your Low Balance Top Ups
- Payment Settings - View your card details and manage them
- Previous Orders - View and download invoices
