How do I top up my calling credit?
- Select "Add Calling Credit" and follow the steps
- You'll be redirected to our payments page
- All you need to do is verify the payment when asked
- You can register for an online account to make payments quicker, or check out as a guest

How do I pay for mobile airtime?
- You can use your in-app calling credit
- Or you can use a direct payment method:
- Visa or Mastercard
- Apple Pay or Google Pay
How do I pay for utility payments and gift cards?
- These can only be purchased via direct payment:
- Visa or Mastercard
- Apple Pay or Google Pay
- Your in-app calling credit cannot be used for these
How do I store/save a card in the app?
- Open the sidebar via the three lines in the top left corner of your app
- Select "Payment Method"
- Follow the steps to add your card
Why did my transaction fail?
- If you're asked to verify a payment, you must do so, otherwise your transaction will be unsuccessful
