We now have different ways our products are purchased.

 

  • If you are making a regular top up of your in-app balance to make calls, there is no change, and you just need to select “Add Calling Credit” and follow the steps.  You will be redirected to our payments page, all you need to do is verify the payment when asked.  
  •  You can decide to register for an online account to make payments quicker, or just check out as a guest.
  •  To send mobile airtime top up, you can decide to either use your in-app credit, or use a direct payment method. (stored Visa or Mastercard, Apple or Google pay).  
  •  Utility payments and purchasing gift cards, you can only purchase these via direct payment. (stored Visa or Mastercard, Apple or Google pay)

 

To store a card in your app for direct payments, just access the sidebar via the 3 lines in the top left corner of your app, and select “Payment Method”.  You then just follow the steps to add you card.
