If you already have an account with us, changing you registered number couldn't be simpler.


Setting up on a New Device:

  1. Just install our app and register with your NEW mobile number.  
  2. Just email our team with your new number AND your old one, and we will transfer any remaining balance over to your new account.


New Number on same device:

  1. DO NOT DELETE your app.  Just complete the following steps:
  2. Access your account screen via the 3 lines in the top left of the app
  3. Select LOGOUT
  4. Now use your new number to create a new account.
  5. Once set up, email our team with your new number and your old one, and we will transfer any remaining balance over to your new account. 


It very important that you DO NOT DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT at any stage.  Doing so will remove anything associated with your account, including any remaining balance.
